The Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19,

2024, at 7:00 PM at the Village Depot Meeting Room, North Bennington, VT. - so please

join us in person in Room 1 of the Depot – Or

Virtually via the Zoom platform (in accordance with H.681 section 6). Participants may

1) Call Meeting to Order.

2) Query for public comment; revise agenda if needed.

3) Review and approve previous minutes from the October 15, 2024, meeting.

4) Continuation of applicants request to subdivide parcel 15-50-73 at 416 College Rd.

13. The division of a parcel of land into two or more lots - Site plan review required.

Development Act (24 V.S.A. Chapter 117). Please be advised that participation in this
