AGENDA

The primary purpose of this Meeting is a State required semi-annual consultation with BCRC to

review the town plan and bylaws and discuss any general issues or needs. There will also be a

brief presentation on the Act 181 mapping process sharing of an initial draft of the Future Land

Use map for North Bennington. Time permitting, there will be a review of the adoption progress

of the Municipal Plan and Land Use and Development Regulations. Additionally, comparative

short-term rental regulations may be discussed.
